- Water entering the building or wet ceiling tiles
- Open laps, punctures, or failed flashings on single-ply membranes
- Storm or hail damage that needs a commercial crew
- Recurring leaks after prior patches
What to have ready
- Building address and roof access details
- Roof type if known (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified bitumen)
- Whether water is entering now and how urgent the issue is
