Sharing with contractors
If you request contractor quotes or otherwise consent, we may share your submitted information with independent roofing companies in or near your service area. Those companies are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. We do not control how they use information after they receive a lead, except as stated in our contracts with them.
TCPA / communications consent
Where you check the consent box on our forms, you authorize ATX Commercial Roof and matched independent contractors to contact you at the number and email provided, including via phone, autodialer, prerecorded voice, and SMS, about your inquiry. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from us (we are a referral network). You may revoke consent by contacting atxcommercialroof@gmail.com or (737) 429-5293 and by following any opt-out instructions in messages.
Cookies and analytics
If we enable analytics or advertising pixels after launch, this section will be updated to name those tools. Until then, only essential hosting logs may apply.
Data retention
We retain inquiry records as needed for matching, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. Retention periods will be set in internal policy before scale.
